Bought something from us in the last 14 days and want out? Fill this in and press Confirm withdrawal — no sign-in and no reason needed. You get your money back and the contract ends. Your withdrawal counts as received the moment you send it; you get that confirmation on this page straight away and the same one by email.
This identifies your purchase, and the confirmation goes to this address. Not sure which one you used? Write to [email protected].
What happens next. To protect your purchase from someone else undoing it, the email carries a link that carries the withdrawal out immediately; if it is not opened, we carry it out automatically within 7 days. The received date stays the same either way. If your purchase is older than 14 days on that date, there is nothing to refund — a running subscription is then cancelled to the end of the period you already paid for instead.
